1. Delivery area

We deliver orders worldwide. The cost and delivery time for international shipping may vary depending on the destination country.

2. Delivery methods

We offer the following delivery methods:

InPost parcel lockers

InPost courier

3. Delivery costs (within Poland)

InPost parcel lockers:

up to 25 kg – 10.90 PLN (prepayment) / 17.90 PLN (cash on delivery)

InPost courier:

up to 50 kg – 12.90 PLN (prepayment)

International shipping costs are determined individually depending on the country.

4. Order processing time

standard products: 1–2 business days

personalized products: 2–5 business days

5. Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days (depending on the carrier and destination country).

7. Shipment tracking

After dispatch, the customer receives a tracking number that allows monitoring of the delivery status.

8. Damages and delivery issues

If you receive a damaged parcel or encounter delivery issues, please contact us immediately at:

In case of damage, please include photos confirming the condition of the parcel. Each case is considered individually.

9. Uncollected parcel

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to the sender, the cost of re-shipping is covered by the Seller.

10. Packaging

All orders are carefully packed. We offer aesthetic packaging, making the products perfect as a gift.
